CELEBRATE SUSTAINABILITY - 1500 OCEAN Special Event Series
1500 OCEAN at the Hotel del Coronado and Chef de Cuisine Brian Sinnott are pleased to present three special dinner events this year in celebration of “sustainable food,” which is the farming of plants and animals in ways that ensure the long-term health and stability of the species as well as improving the ecosystem.

1500 OCEAN and Chef de Cuisine Brian Sinnott are pleased to present the final “Celebrate Sustainability” dinner event this year in conjunction with San Diego’s inaugural Beer Week.
Breweries: ENO Wine Director Ted Glennon will be joined by local breweries The Lost Abbey, Ballast Point and Coronado Brewing Co. for the dinner’s delicious beer pairings.
Menu Highlights: Housemade Soft Pretzels; Lobster Corn Dogs; BBQ Pulled Pork Grilled Pizzas; Lamb Sausage-Filled Fried Olives; Beef Short Ribs; Clams with Chorizo, Peppers and Onions; ENO Cheese Display; Arctic Char Tartare; Pork and Fig Crepinette and Lamb Lollipops.

ENO-VERSITY CLASSES NOW IN SESSION
ENO is thrilled to offer “ENO-Versity” classes, where renowned winemakers, cheesemakers and chocolatiers will join Wine Director and Sommelier Ted Glennon in leading ENO-Versity classes through an exploration of the histories, types and flavors of exquisite wines by suggesting cheese and chocolate pairings, each individually chosen to perfectly complement the selection of wines.
