RESERVATIONS
To ensure availability, please make reservations for Spa services in advance. To reserve online, click here or call (619) 522-8100 or dial Ext. 8100 from any house phone for information and reservations. A credit card will be required to hold your appointments.

CHECK IN
We recommend enjoying the Spa facilities before your service.  Please arrive at the Spa at least 30 minutes ahead of your appointment. During this time, you may relax in our steam rooms, jacuzzis, or relaxation room.  Prior to any service, please inform us of pregnancy, any special medical conditions, allergies or medications that you may be taking.

FEES & GRATUITY
All Spa treatments include use of the facility, robe, slippers, and a locker. Gratuity is not included in the price of regular Spa services. If you wish to show your appreciation, you may add a gratuity on the indicated area of the service receipt. A 20% service charge is added to all Spa Packages. You may charge your services to your room. We also honor cash, checks and major credit cards.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Your spa appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please notify us 6 hours in advance of your appointment. If you are unable to keep your appointment or cancel less than 12 hours in advance, you will be charged the full price for reserved services. In order to honor each guest's experience, late arrivals will receive only the remaining time of their appointment. All Spa Packages or multiple treatments require a 24-hour notice for cancellations and will be charged a 20% gratuity.

SPECIAL TEEN SPA INFORMATION
Teens aged 13 and older are welcome in the Spa.  Female teens will receive service from female Massage Therapists and male teens will receive service from male Massage Therapists. Teens can either wear their own bathing suit or they will be given a cover up. A parent must be on premise and provide consent for a teen spa service.

FITNESS CENTER
The daily resort charge includes access to the Fitness Center. Open daily, the Fitness Center offers a selection of cardiovascular and strength equipment. Personal training is available by appointment. Children under 15 years of age are not permitted. Minors ages 15-17 must be accompanied by an adult. No appointment is necessary for use of the Fitness Center.
