A true feast for the senses, the lavish Sunday brunch in the Crown Room features a chilled seafood bar, regionally inspired dishes, international cuisine and carving stations. Guests also enjoy a gourmet Bloody Mary bar, made-to-order mimosas, and a spectacular candy and dessert bar – complete with a design-your-own donut station. VIP Chef’s Table
Available Sundays at 10am, guests of the Chef’s Table are treated to an elevated culinary journey. Enjoy a champagne walk-through of The Del’s beachfront herb garden and a guided tour of the day’s fresh brunch offerings. At the table, our Chef de Cuisine will perform cooking demonstrations while guests enjoy special plated courses, unlimited champagne, a reserve wine pairing, and more, all while experiencing The Del’s famous brunch buffet.
