Chef Meredith Manee cultivates The Del’s beachfront herb garden for the freshest garden-to-table flavors, and blends local artisan products with spices from around the world to create unique and eclectic flavors. She has more than 13 years of experience in the industry to provide our global guests with the finest in California Coastal dining. Before she joined The Del, Chef Meredith has worked at a variety of Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.
