A true feast for the senses, the lavish Sunday brunch in the Crown Room features a chilled seafood bar, regionally inspired dishes, international cuisine and carving stations. Guests also enjoy a gourmet Bloody Mary bar, mimosas, freshly pressed paninis and housemade charcuterie, and an eye-popping candy and dessert bar. The Crown Room features a magnificent domed sugar pine ceiling adorned with four crown chandeliers. Continually named the best brunch in San Diego.

VIP Chef’s Table
Available Sundays at 10am, guests of the Chef’s Table are treated to an elevated culinary journey. Enjoy a champagne walk-through of The Del’s beachfront herb garden and a guided tour of the day’s fresh brunch offerings. At the table, our Chef de Cuisine will perform tableside service while guests enjoy special plated courses, unlimited champagne, a reserve wine pairing, and more, all while delighting in The Del’s famous brunch buffet.
