Join us for an unforgettable gourmet gathering on The Del’s Windsor Lawn at 6pm, June 9, benefiting the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Thirty of San Diego and Baja’s best chefs will present signature hors d’oeuvres and desserts at individual stations, competing for the best dish, while local San Diego breweries and wineries from Valle de Guadalupe by Baja Wine+Food pair their favorite libations with each offering. Live entertainment, and live and silent auctions will round out the evening. All proceeds will benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and its ongoing mission to cure cystic fibrosis and provide all people with the disease the opportunity to lead full, productive lives.

The chefs will be judged the ever-growing and esteemed Culinary Council that includes Brian Malarkey, Claudia Sandoval, Troy Johnson, Serge Dedina, Sam Zien, Jack Ford, Michele Parente, Tommy Gomes, Andre Zotoff, Javier Plascencia and Lead Judge Richard Sandoval. Chefs will also present their best bites with the goal of winning the Chef Flor Franco Award for Culinary Excellence, in addition to some incredible prizes.
Individual Tickets – $150
Includes entry into the event, food prepared by 30 of San Diego and Baja’s best chefs, beer, wine and spirit pairings, and complimentary self-parking. Discounted valet parking is available for $20. (Parking at The Del is limited. Ride sharing or street parking is encouraged.)
VIP Tickets – $250
Includes early entry to the event at 5pm, meet-and-greet with the Culinary Council, food prepared by 30 of San Diego and Baja’s best chefs, beer, wine and spirit pairings, complimentary valet parking, reserved VIP tables, concierge service and front-of-line access throughout the night.
