Sand Circuit Training

A fusion of strength, cardio, and agility exercises strategically constructed to maximize the benefits of training on the beach. You will engage in a variety of exercises, from sand sprints and jumping jacks to lunges and push-ups, all with the added resistance and instability that only the beach can provide.
