Settle into the warm beach sands on a summer evening and feast on The Del’s Southern California Clambake – our take on the East Coast classic. With a sunset backdrop, live entertainment and interactive beach games, guests donned in white attire will cozy up on communal tables and enjoy a shellfish feast featuring Executive Chef John Shelton’s coastal favorites. This seafood spread will be paired with two complimentary drinks (for guests over 21) and complimentary parking. Join us on Del Beach from 6:30pm to 8:30pm for this new Hotel del Coronado tradition.

Chilled: Oysters on the half shell, ceviches
Boiled: Lobster tails, Local Prawns, Clams, Potatoes, Corn on the Cob and Local Vegetables
Grilled: Local, eastern Pacific shell- and fin-fishes, Prawns and rockfish skewers, skirt steak with dark beer glaze and chimichurri
Smoked on the Beach: whole smoked grouper street tacos, hot smoked oysters on kelp
Golden Fried: Crispy scallops, tempura Yellowfin tuna poke poppers, sushi rice grits, smoked chicken tenders
The cost is $125 per person (plus tax and service charge) which includes dinner, live entertainment, Del Beach games like bocce ball and corn hole, complimentary parking and two drink tickets.
