You are invited to be a part of an unforgettable evening of epicurean splendor showcasing the talents of over 30 of the best chefs from San Diego and Baja at the annual Grand Chef Throwdown. The progressive event will bring together local fashionable foodies awarding a People’s Choice Award and a Culinary Council of celebrity top chefs and food critics, awarding the Chef Flor Franco Awards for Culinary Excellence. Guests will enjoy chef tastings, both savory and sweet creations, sample craft cocktails and sips from wineries on both sides of the border followed by a three-course gourmet dinner prepared by The Del’s Executive Chef, Stefan Peroutka in the oceanfront Ballroom.
