A true feast for the senses, the lavish Sunday brunch in the Crown Room features a chilled seafood bar, regionally inspired dishes, international cuisine and carving stations. Guests also enjoy a gourmet Bloody Mary bar, made-to-order mimosas, and a spectacular candy and dessert bar – complete with a design-your-own donut station. VIP Chef’s Table

Available Sundays at 10am, guests of the Chef’s Table are treated to an elevated culinary journey. Enjoy unlimited champagne at your VIP table as our Chef de Cuisine performs live tableside cooking demos and prepares specially plated courses with reserve wine pairings, all while you and your guests experience The Del’s famous brunch buffet.

$150 per person. Available on non-holiday Sundays for up to 10 guests. Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance and please let us know of any food allergies or restrictions. Arrive 15 minutes before your brunch reservation. Reserve your spot at the Chef’s Table
