Join us oceanfront at 6pm on April 12 at 1500 OCEAN for an exquisite dining experience courtesy of Chef Meredith Manee and Japanese-sponsored, KAABOO Rock’n Chef 2016 Chef Steve Brown. This expertly designed 8-course dinner will be paired with reserve wines from Cakebread Cellars and feature incredible offerings highlighting the sought-after Japanese Wagyu beef and produce from San Diego’s Wild Willow Farm. The dinner will be part of a documentary entitled ‘A Beautiful Contradiction,’ sponsored by “Chefs Roll,” capturing our chefs from farm to fork, illustrating the culinary industry’s passion for utilizing the most sustainable ingredients while procuring the world’s best possible products. Reservations are highly recommended for this expertly crafted, A-5 Japanese Wagyu celebration. A portion of the proceeds from this dinner will benefit Wild Willow Farms.
