Restore to Flow Yoga: Mon & Tue 9am | Thu 9:30am
This class is a mindful practice of breath and movement. Your instructor will guide you in gently “meeting” your body and exploring its possibilities through stretching and softening. Build your strength with weight-bearing poses and then explore your endurance in standing poses.
