Don't miss the premiere of a new two-part documentary series on KPBS: Historic Places with Elsa Sevilla – Hotel del Coronado Restoration.
Elsa Sevilla takes you behind the scenes where cameras were rolling during The Del's six-year, more than $550 million restoration and revitalization. In this series, you'll learn about The Del's beginnings in 1888, major milestones in its 136-year history, and the meticulous detail that went into restoring every facet of this National Historic Landmark since 2018.
Part 1 premieres on KPBS on December 9 at 9pm, with Part 2 airing on December 16 at 9pm. Full episodes can be viewed on the KPBS website once they air on TV, or catch it again with the schedule below.
