Chef Ponsaty is offering a limited time only, five-course tasting menu celebrating his greatest dishes created at Michelin star restaurants throughout Europe. It is offered in addition to the regular menu either a la carte or as a complete tasting menu. This will be the last chance to dine in 1500 OCEAN before it closes Jan. 1, 2019 to reopen as a new seafood concept with a lively bar in 2019.
