VIP Chef’s Table
Available Sundays at 10am, guests of the Chef’s Table are treated to an elevated culinary journey. Enjoy a champagne walk-through of The Del’s beachfront herb garden and a guided tour of the day’s fresh brunch offerings. At the table, our Chef de Cuisine will perform cooking demonstrations while guests enjoy special plated courses, unlimited champagne, a reserve wine pairing, and more, all while experiencing The Del’s famous brunch buffet.
$150 per person. Available on non-holiday Sundays for up to 10 guests. Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance and please let us know of any food allergies or restrictions.
