CHECK-IN
Hotel del Coronado guests check-in inside the newly restored Lobby of the Victorian Building. If you are a Hilton Honors member, we encourage you to take advantage of a contactless arrival and departure with Digital Key.

PARKING
Self-parking is available in our secure north parking garage, located off R.H. Dana Place. Your room key will also double as your parking pass. For valet service and drop-offs, please arrive via the new main entrance on the south side of the resort, located off Avenida del Sol.

Beach Village Guests

YOUR ARRIVAL
Beach Village guests check in at the Beach Village Welcome Center located off of the north entry drive.

PARKING
Please arrive via the Beach Village entrance located off R.H. Dana Place. Valet service is available or you may self park in the secure north parking garage, located right next to Beach Village.

Safety Guidelines

FACE COVERINGS
Until Feb 15, the State of California is requiring face masks in all indoor public settings, regardless of an individual’s vaccination status. Masks may be removed while eating and drinking, but must be worn at all other times indoors.

PROTECTING YOURSELF & OTHERS
We ask that you do not visit the resort if you have been sick within the last 14 days, had any COVID-19 symptoms, or have been exposed to COVID-19. If a guest tests positive for COVID-19, or exhibits any symptoms, they will be required to quarantine in their room until they are symptom free. The hotel will follow local health department guidelines to ensure guest safety. 

In Your Guest Room

The Del has implemented Hilton CleanStay with Lysol Protection, an industry-leading standard of cleanliness and disinfection. Key features include: extra disinfection of high-touch areas, hand sanitizer throughout the resort, contactless check-in/check-out, and innovative disinfection technologies.

Daily housekeeping service and additional amenities are available by request.

Order takeout online for select dining outlets during operating hours.

In-room dining and Crown Room Sunday Brunch are temporarily unavailable. Outdoor dining is weather permitting.

Property Enhancements

As part of our ongoing $400 million Master Plan, the following areas are currently closed for renovation:

Remaining lower-level shops (Spring 2022)
New Shore House neighborhood (Summer 2022)
New Southpointe Event Center (Summer 2022)

Our Team Members

Team Members have received an extensive orientation on our health and safety procedures and protocols. In addition, Team Members are required to perform self-screenings at home before arriving at work.

In accordance with the State of California's mask mandate that goes into effect December 15, we require all Team Members to wear face masks indoors, regardless of their vaccination status.
