Check-In
For guests staying in The Cabanas and The Views, please check in at the main lobby in the Victorian building which remains open during the restoration of The Victorian guestrooms, central courtyard, and meeting spaces. Hilton Honors members can take advantage of a contactless arrival and departure with Digital Key.
Parking
Self-parking is available in our secure north parking garage located off R.H. Dana Place. Your room key is also your parking pass. For valet and drop-offs, please arrive via the main entrance located off Avenida del Sol.
Shore House Guests
Your Arrival
Upon arrival, Shore House guests will experience a dedicated resort entrance, valet, and check-in experience
Parking
Shore House guests will be welcomed with a private valet and reception experience located off of the main entry drive accessed from Orange Avenue and Avenida del Sol. For self-parking, your room key works as your parking card in the garage on the north side of the resort.
Beach Village Guests
Your Arrival
Beach Village guests check in at the Beach Village Welcome Center located off of the north entry drive.
Parking
Please arrive via the Beach Village entrance located off R.H. Dana Place. Valet service is available or you may self park in the secure north parking garage, located right next to Beach Village.
