Taking center stage of the $400 million transformation is the brand-new Southpointe Event Center featuring a 15,130 sq. ft. clear-span Ballroom with approximately 10,000 sq. ft. of pre-function and breakout meeting space.
The Ballroom can be configured into 10 separate meeting spaces with French doors leading to outdoor balconies, flooding the rooms with natural light. The event center will open up onto the 14,040 sq. ft. Southpointe Lawn, offering a breathtaking backdrop of the historic hotel.
