Iconic Spaces Restored
JANUARY 2024 – SPRING 2025
After a five-year restoration and revitalization that has touched all areas of the resort, The Del will complete its final phase by Spring 2025: a more than $160 million renovation of the hotel's iconic Victorian building.
The project includes all Victorian guestrooms, suites and event spaces including the iconic Crown Room, Coronet Room and Ocean Ballroom. Anticipated completion dates are set for Summer 2024 for the event spaces and Spring 2025 for the guestrooms.
Southpointe Event Center
Taking center stage of the hotel's $400 million Master Plan transformation is the new Southpointe Event Center featuring a 15,130 sq. ft. clear span Ballroom that can be configured to your unique needs, with approximately 10,000 sq. ft. of pre-function and breakout meeting space. The event center opens onto the 14,040 sq. ft. Southpointe Lawn, offering a breathtaking backdrop of the historic hotel.
